Personal goals should relate to the team goals that you have set. If a player's goal is to get 20 kills in a match, but the team's goal is to play more as a team, either one or both goals will likely not be achieved. Example goals could be to vary hitting attacks, by hitting to line every once in a while if a player usually only hits cross.
Talk and never let one another down. Call for the ball. Don’t give up during a game. To learn to go after every ball and sacrifice our bodies to get it. I would like the team to work as completely one unit and fully support everyone. Hopefully be like a family at the end of the year. Make the 2A state playoffs. Play travel volleyball.

Our overall goal is to teach important life skills athletes will use beyond their sport. This includes developing our athlete’s work ethic beyond their comfort zone, teaching what it means to be unconditionally committed, how to deal with adversity while working with others, and how to compete at a high level with respect, integrity, and confidence.
